visualc++runtime error

i start the game and it said that ther is an problem whith visual c++ 2015 runtime erorr
Go to bugs

- Please ensure that your Windows OS has been updated to the latest version via Windows Update. Issues with Visual VC++ (and various software) generally are due to out-of-date patches or service packs.


- Please ensure that you have installed exactly the **(64-bit) Microsoft Visual C++** For Oxygen Not Included as the 32-bit version will not work: http://support.kleientertainment.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2747147

Why is the game shipped and installed with the x32 version then?
