Visual glitch on Ubuntu

The rear color background of the biomes does not match the boundaries of the biomes.
Just a few examples:

At a great distance you can see that the rear color background is inverted vertically:

My system is Ubuntu 16.04 LTS / Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz / 8 Gb RAM / AMD Radeon R7 370

I confirm this happens too to mine, sometimes in space when zooming out into another you can see clouds of gasses but has certain colors but quickly fades and the tooltip says its vacuum.
