Viewing The Priority Overlay screen drops FPS

Massive performance drop when switching to the priority overlay. 
I hit the hot key for bringing up the priority setting screen to set priorities and suddenly the FPS drops  from 30fps to 5fps.  
Massive lag, in scrolling, everything is glitching when trying to set priorities with mouse.

At cycle 359.

Steps to Reproduce
play game til cycle 359. open priority screen. notice FPS. if playing on steam enable the FPS counter. Open the Priority Tasks overlay (not the dupes priorities screen) but the one that sets all the tiles with numbers from 1-9.

hi, here is another player from Taiwan, as I know, not only me but also many other players have the same issue, especially after the patch yesterday.
