Vanishing Astronaut

I just made my first trip to space and back with my astronaut and she was fine for a cycle or two.  As soon as I sent her to analyze the data banks, she vanished, no death notification, nothing.  She was gone from all lists including jobs and I couldn't find her at all.  I reloaded to a previous save and found her and thought maybe I would avoid this bug, nope, she disappeared before the cycle finished.

Steps to Reproduce
Trying to analyze data banks.
Go to bugs

Currently, I solved the problem by waiting a few before freeing the astronaut. Just the time to unassigned him from the capsule. :)
