every time fluid is removed from the tank the water infront of this pitcher pump disappears, a vacuum briefly appears and this bugger drops 0.1c.  The effect stacks up over time though as you can see.

Steps to Reproduce
build a pitcher pump in a tank into which you pump liquid such that a surface skim forms.

User Feedback

my observation is that when the pump pulls liquids out of the pool the surface changes height thus creating temporary vacuums attributing a vacuum cooling effect to the most affected liquid pump, which would be in the most unstable area, which seems to be what I am observing happen.

I was wrong, its deleting CO2 to create cold.

the pitcher pumps at the sight of gas deletion are the coldest which is why I misinterpreted the cause of cold.
