Unable to do anything in crash screen

When i launch the game in goes thought the loading then a crash screen appears and I'm unable the click the buttons but i can hear the sounds of hovering over them. followed the Troubleshooting Guide problem problem is still happening.

Try disable your antivirus suit, or make an exception for the game.

do not use OneDrive to store OxygenNotIncluded files.
