Ugly Crier dupes occasionally not producing tears

Ugly crier duplicants produce 40g/s of water when they cry. However, this doesn't seem to be happening all the time right now. In the attached screenshot, a long trail of water is supposed to fall through the mesh tiles below, like in the other screenshot of a similar torture chamber ahem colony in the Tubular Update

Steps to Reproduce
Push to the breaking point an ugly crier duplicant. Sometimes they produce tears. sometimes they don't.
Go to bugs

I thought this was intended to be more realistic.
I liked the way it is now.
