Expected:
- tubular access points consume power until fully charged, then stop
Actual:
- tubular access points always consume power even after fully charged
Steps to Reproduce
1) build tubular access point, connect it to power 2) wait until tubular access point is fully charged 3) check power usage on the circuit, tubular access point still consuming power

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
