Title screen blown up cant play game

If its ONI-related, you can try and delete the file Users\yourusername\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\kplayerprefs.yaml (this resets all settings ingame to default)

If not, its something windows messed up. Maybe some zoom/magnify-feature. And yes this could affect only ONI, because such tools can work on a per-program-basis.
