All dupes got stuck in a death loop in a corrupted thimble reed farm.

Steps to Reproduce
Had a thimble reed farm that was too cold and in contaminated water but managed to grow stifled anyway. Harvested all and thought nothing of it, but after a minute noticed none of my dupes were anywhere around and found them plating then unplanting new seeds over and over ignoring hypothermia , bathroom and even suffocation. Crashed before I could save or destroy the farm.

I'm having the same problem. I plant the thimble reed seeds and my dupes continuously dig up and re-plant them. they are going up for air though, fortunately. I am also having an issue with my water pump which is not pumping polluted water into my purifier. save file is attached.
