(Thermal Update) Mesh Tiles Do Not Conduct Heat

Mesh Tiles stay at the same temperature when built and do not conduct heat or change temperature, behaving as perfect insulators.  Screenshot indicates water on left is heated while water on right is normal temperature.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a mesh tile and subject it to anything that should change its temperature.
Go to bugs
