  1. Lavatories generate more contaminated water than the water they use, so eventually your plumbing will fill up and stop moving unless you have an outlet for the extra contaminated water. I assume the extra water is supposed to represent the dupe's 'contribution' to the system.
  2. Mesh Tiles stay at the same temperature when built and do not conduct heat or change temperature, behaving as perfect insulators. Screenshot indicates water on left is heated while water on right is normal temperature.
  3. Hello, and thank you in advance for reading this. Personally, I like the changes to grass in the Nov 29 where it requires fertilization after a few harvests. However, it highlights a certain problem in regards to using manure. To use manure to fertilize, you have to click the manure, move it over the manure, then click the grass to fertilize. This is problematic for two reasons: Grass is such a small target that it's hard to click it, and because of the sheer amount of grass that needs to be picked to make items, fertilizing grass this way is extremely tedious. I would not complain about this if I did not have a suggestion to address this issue, though. Currently, you can select items on the inventory bar using the number buttons. Pressing the number for manure in the inventory causes the character to comment on their extreme love (or hate) of poop, however. My idea is to make it so that when you mouse over something on the screen, say, brown grass (the grass that needs poop), and press the number for the inventory item, if the inventory item has a use for the object (fertilize in this case) the avatar will perform the operation on it. Comparing the current method of operation vs this idea... Currently 1. Mouse cursor over to grass. 2. Click (or space when close) on grass to harvest grass. Grass is harvested. This was the last harvest of grass, so now it is depleted and needs poop. 3. Player selects poop from inventory. 4. Player mouses poop over grass until it says fertilize (which he needs to make sure of, otherwise his avatar will just plop the poop at his feet and look off like he just had a terrible accident he's glad no one can see). 5. Player clicks. Grass is fertilized and will now grow again in time. Idea 1. Mouse cursor over to grass. 2. Click (or space when close) on grass to harvest grass. Grass is harvested. This was the last harvest of grass, so now it is depleted and needs poop. 3. Player mouses cursor over grass (if not already there). 4. Player presses number for manure. Grass is fertilized and will now grow again in time. While number-wise it doesn't look like much of a difference in time, when performing the same fertilizing process for each and every grass on your third harvest, it leads to more time saved, less tedium, and less pain on my wrist having to mouse down to the inventory bar and back to the playing field. This method could also be used with all sorts of other items too (stuffing king lardbutt's fat cheeks, cooking meat, giving meat to pigs, fertilizing normal fields, etc). It's just a thought, but as it is, fertilizing every tiny little grass gets to be extremely tedious over time, especially if you're not the sort who goes around digging them up and hoarding them all near your base. Again, thank you for reading.
  4. Bug Submission Please choose a category [Gameplay] Platform Steam Version Number Nov29 Issue title Pine Cone Used in Invalid Area Uses Up Pine Cone Steps to reproduce 1. Select Pine Cone from inventory. 2. Hover Pine Cone over land where tree outline turns red (invalid area). 3. Attempt to plant pine cone there anyway by left clicking. 4. Avatar will say, "I can't do that." Note number of Pine Cones in inventory has been reduced by one. Describe your issue It's summed up by the steps to reproduce, but after clear-cutting and clearing a forest area, I wanted to replant all the pine cones I had harvested. Some of the areas where I had cut down the trees before were red, though, and not wanting it to take forever, I basically clicked all over the place hoping to get them down somewhere. This led to a litany of 'I can't do that' with intermittent successes, but I noticed every time I attempted it I lost a pine cone.
  5. [Gameplay] Rabbit Feathers?

Unfortunately, I do see a problem in it. My first problem with it is that the bird should be too small to trigger the trap. While it is certainly possible for a bird to manage to trigger it, the issue is that it renders bird traps, which must be unlocked and built from silk, completely and utterly useless as well as needlessly expensive. If you can just use normal traps to do the same thing as bird traps, why have bird traps at all? My second problem is that it happens way, way too often. Perhaps I'm alone in this behavior but I tend to lay four traps cardinally around each rabbit hole. While I know the bird landings are random in location, often enough it manages to occur where my traps are. I often get about 8 morsels a day just from birds, and this without using any bait. Perhaps the birds need to land less regularly. Perhaps I'm just extremely lucky. Either way, the fact it renders bird traps useless is reason enough to consider it undesirable behavior.

Bug Submission Please choose a category [Crash] Platform Steam Version Number Nov27 Issue title Red Gem -> Science Machine -> Crash Steps to reproduce 1) Select the Red Gem. 2) Attempt to place Red Gem into Science Machine. 3) Game crashes Describe your issue Attempting to place Red Gem into Science Machine causes crash. Crash occurs immediately upon clicking red gem on science machine (the machine does not churn or work or anything).
