Thermal conductivity of Plastic needs rebalance

  • Branch: Live Branch Version: Windows Known Issue

Plastic has a thermal conductivity of 913.
In the latest update because of the average thermal (which I'm not complaining about by the way. I loved it), it makes Plastic way too overpowered (even with log-mean).

I have this Ice melting setup and the heat from the bottom was having a really hard time reaching the top when using metal tiles.
I remembered that Plastic have a really high TC and decided to test it. Changed it. Wait some time... and bam! heat! :D
Some rebalance needed I think.
If a TC this high is intended for this newest update, then it stays as a suggestion to nerf it on Plastic or buff Metal tiles.
And I'm aware that the SHC of plastic is 10x higher. But I think the result is caused primarily because of the super high TC.

Spoiler

I was not sure whether to post this as suggestion or bug. But since there's a category "Balance" I decided to post it here.

Steps to Reproduce
Self explanatory.
