The storage-capacity bug is killing dupes

I have now lost mechanical dupes two times because all batteries got loaded into a storage tile in a rocket. It is really inane to find all you 80t (!) of batteries have gotten crammed into a container that supposedly can only hold 1t. This time this stupid behavior has killed all 6 (!) of my mechanical dupes. Please finally fix for batteries and also for exo-suits. Please make sure they count as their actual weight or at least consistently as the same weight for all cases. 


Steps to Reproduce

You know what I am talking about. For exo-suits, this bug must have been open and annoying for more than a year now. That it can kill dupes regarding batteries just makes it so much more annoying.

Set the "Unit" capacity to 5, 10, etc.

Just think of every stored item in terms of units where:

1. You're setting the capacity for how 'many' (as opposed to how 'much') you want stored.

2.You remember that while for most items each 'Unit' has a mass of 1kg there are some that have more mass than 1kg (suits->200kg, power packs->20kg, etc).

ok but if you set the storage for power-bank at something below 20 they will only fill it the first time you set it,

then they will never refill it because one power-bank is 20kg and can't fit in the storage because the max storage set is below the weight of one unit.

And if you set it for 20 or more, they will fill it correctly the first time you set it if enough dupes are on the errand, 

then it will only be reffiled if there is less than 2 power-bank.

It's cleary not a intended behaviour. Just fix it already.

-I set the storage tile in my rocket to have 80kg of Eco Power Banks

-Dupes load tile with 80 separate Eco Power Banks

-Go on space mission and return

-Dupes will not restock Storage tile if there is more than 80kg (4) Eco Power Banks already in the tile.

It seems to to treat initial loading with kg as units of batteries, but any restocks as strictly kg. Probably some quirk with Power Banks being food based on how they get listed in contents. Its really annoying how the game is not clear in general which items are stored based on weight, and which are based on unit on top of all settings being strictly weight.

They are making a new attempt at a fix now with the current Beta. Seems to be some tricky problem.
