When trying to play the game, the screen will freeze after only a minute or two. Even though the screen is frozen, I can still hear the game running in the background and making the proper sounds when I click on things. This happens both in the actual game and in the "new game" menu where you choose your starting dupes. I have tried reinstalling the game twice and it has not helped.
My computer has better than the minimum requirements for this game and I have tried running the game on a lower graphics setting so I do not think it is a problem with my computer's performance.
