The topsoil cannot fall with gravity

Steps to Reproduce

I am dealing with the topsoil on the edge of the map.When I open my bunker gate to make the topsoil fall down,it happens that the topsoil in the two rows close to the edge that cannot be built can't fall down as usual.I think it is a severe bug for the base game because the sand will block the way of rocket and unable the solar panels.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It's still a problem on the official release.

Seems the bug dropped off the radar since I reported it. In fairness, it was the same day the forums went kablooey.

maybe is something todo that you not even able use Spawner at sandbox with Rock Comet in first two tile height.

or its just coincidence that this happens exactly same height
