Tempshift plates not transferring heat

I have created a system for cooling oxygen to liquid. In upper room i have a pool with super coolant which goes trough aquatuner(not seen on pictures). The temperature of metal tiles and tempshift plates directly bellow is -250C ,but the middle and lower row of tempshift plates is constantly -180C. Tempshift plates are made of diamond and the room is c urrently in vacuum as i have stopped pumping in oxygen. Reloading didn't help.

Create setup like in the pictures.

tempshift plates currently seem to not transfer heat to adjacent tempshift plates, currently you can go around by alternating between plates and metal tiles.
