Telescope is being used even without a target to analyze

Dupes were using the telescope, consuming oxygen and power, even though no asteroid was set to be analyzed.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a telescope that has appropriate lines of sight, power, and oxygen. Set dupes with the appropriate skill to have a research priority.

This happens to me too when finished all discoverable objects. Very annoying. So far the only solution is to disable the building; it doesn't block you out of the starmap overlay and stops any dupes trying to use the telescope.
