When I have been using the check points they are set default right, and have no control to switch it, and before (a few updates have come since then so it may have fixed itself) if you put the suits on the left of a right facing checkpoint, it wouldn't recognise the checkpoint.

I found it through Markiplier, and I haven't bought a game in 5 years. Yours broke the draught and it isn't even full release, you have done an amazing job 
Steps to Reproduce
Put checkpoint down and try to change it's direction Put suits down on the left, and see if it recognises the checkpoint
