Storage containers don't allow crude oil as a liquifiable

When crude oil freezes, it becomes solid.  There is no way to sweep this up as storage containers do not allow cruide oil as a liquifiable item.

I am expecting that petrol has the same issue, however, I haven't tested it.

Steps to Reproduce
freeze oil. Look in storage containers under Liquifiable, no option is given for crude oil.
Go to bugs

Except water and natural gas (that turn into methane), all frozen liquids are tags as "solid", which is different than "liquifiable".

It's annoying, but not really a bug.
