Spontaneus increased gaseous pressure in vacuum

I was patch whit wallpaper the vacuum space when sudden i see one spot of polluted oxygen expanding in vacuum. The pressure in the patched area is some grams of polluted oxygen, the pressure on vacuum is kilos of polluted oxygen spontaneous appeared.

Steps to Reproduce
I don't know how it happened and why

Clearly it's a quantum fluctuation in the polluted oxygen field.
