Sparkle Streaking audio cue plays every time you look at the dupe with the effect from out of frame.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Have a dupe with the effect 2. Pan away and pan back to the dupe after a couple of seconds and you can hear the audio cue playing.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
