Some weirdness with PH2O, it's acting like Naptha

Getting some real weirdness with a particular location of PH2O.  It's suspending from some mesh tiles like Naptha.  I assume it's because of the strangeness we get where 1 billion pounds of something can't move 4 grams of CO2, but file attached.  You'll find it down and left from the printer, about 2-3 screens under the locked up outhouses.

Steps to Reproduce
Um, don't know. Pour some PH2O through a mesh grate and see what happens?

Changed Status to Known Issue

Thanks for reporting this. Fluids sometimes behave strangely when falling off a ledge and create those shapes instead of turning in to droplets.
