Solid filter wrong indication of "pipe blocked"

Solid filter shows "pipe blocked" when the conveyor rail works but there are full liquid pipes on top of it. Like... liquid pipes "blocking" conveyor rails?

Steps to Reproduce

Have a solid filter. Run full liquid pipes on top of it. Check the tooltip of the solid filter saying "pipe blocked" while conveyor rails are not blocked
