I've equipped all my dupes with Snazzy suits, sometimes when i make a new one and go to equip a new dupe with it, I notice they've somehow vanished off of most or all of my other dupes. Pretty sure it's happening after saving and loading.
edit: Apparantly they still get the decor bonus but they say Suit:Unassigned, and on the equip list it's listed as -

Equip all Dupes with Snazzy suits, Save game and exit, reload game and suits are missing.
