Sleet Wheat not listed as a ingredient so can't store them in ration box or refrigerator

As the title explains I am unable to store sleet wheat in ration boxes or refrigerators as they are no longer identified as ingredients

I asked other players and I seem to be the only one with this problem so please check my save file and see if it can be fixed

Steps to Reproduce
try to store the wheat grains in a ration box or refrigerator
Go to bugs
