Skins get bugged on save load

when u build any buildings which has skins everything is fine 
but when u load a save some buildings with with skin gets messed up. 

for instance take a look at the gas reservoirs:

everything is fine here
but after save load they all start to use their default skin meter animation:

not so scary until u use skins which has different meter animations 
before load:

sometimes buildings becomes invisible 
before load:

sometimes builds play wrong animation.

(left flower vase became invisible and right plays ui animation)

and if some utilities has skins for instance wire it uses place sprites of the default skin until u release mouse button
holding mouse button:

No its not. How vanilla gas reservoirs playing wrong meter animation can be mod related?

The only thing is mod related here is we can't create mods which add new custom skins because oni skin system is bugged

Does it load incorrectly without any mod enabled? They load just fine for me but I don't have many blueprints to compare (new game, build, save, reload save, screenshot)

You are correct, the meters on the Gas Reservoir were indeed broken on U50 and have been fixed in U51. Apologies, I misread the bug report as happening on public testing. If you disable your mods, do the other meter issues still occur on public testing?

In current testing branch this only happens with custom skins. its really weird and i dont understand why.
for instance here is default liquid reservoir it works great in game

and here is old liquid reservoir added to the game as skin

as you can see it has all animations as the default one. if I add it to the game as REskin it works great just like default liquid reservoir 
but if i add it as a skin ut will be bugged

and same happens with other customs skins. Custom skins work great as REskins but bugged as skins and i dont undersand why, the mod which adds it doesnt have any errors
