The new Sink has a decor value of -10, while the Wash Basin and Hand Sanitizer both have +10 decor.

Look at the Decor property of the new "Sink" building

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I think this is probably just a typo and it is meant to be + not - I hope.
