Shove voles can't be contained by buildable tiles

Shove voles can dig through solid steel and neutronium. Since we can't build abyssalite that is their only kryptonite, the only way to contain them is to build the ranch on raw abyssalite. Otherwise they will burrow in the tiles and the rancher will walk away.


Steps to Reproduce
Watch shove vole pathfinding. Notice how it covers most of the map, including neutronium and bunker tiles.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I wonder if this is how I got voles in my base.  I broke the surface two cycles ago after building a double airlock/insulated tile corridor.  No materials from space were mined and dropped through yet these two voles are directly beneath the breach area.
