Seed generation bug

I have just installed ONI to my latop running Xubuntu 16.04lts, I have tryed a bit the occupational upgrade and I suffer this annoying bug,

every seed I input is broken, normally the world its only made by the starter biome with less water, so, no toxic, no frozen, no molten "section" in the map

also u can see the attached screenshot :

Anyone has the similar bug as me? there are some solution to avoid this?

Steps to Reproduce
Generate a new game, with a random or specific seed
Go to bugs

no apologies, you needed help and the topic is kind of hard to dig back up, now the next 5 odd people with this problem should see this post and get fix faster :)
