Screen turns black all of a sudden

I switched between tabs and then, all of a sudden the screen turns black. I can't zoom out what so ever. When I hold my mouse over the black area it says 'Unknown'. I tried restarting the game, but there was no difference. Is there a way I can get back my progress?

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure, I have switched between tabs before without this happening.
Go to bugs

Press "H". If your problem is the one i am thinking of, your game lost focus, but still respond to mouse movement. Your screen moved way of the asteroid-area (most likely top left). This is a common issue for quite some time now.

By pressing H-Key you will return to the location of your printer.

Good catch. Sounds about right. Especially if you are in windowed mode, you may have left the window with the mouse at the edge of the screen going to another window and it infinitely panned to the edge of the world.
