Room overlay drop down

When trying to access the bottom half of the room display overlay I can't get to the bottom of the list to check the requirements any of the lower rooms. its glitched back up to the top and I can't even get to it to hover over it! is a little frustrating. I did try restarting and repairing the game but it still happens.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It appears we're going to have to be patient with this one. Pausing the game to scroll these naughty menus helps. If I may add to the fun, attempting to write a number in for reservoirs when they're active (filling/draining) displays the same "resetty" behavior. My best guess is that status updates within the game cause the issue.
