Rockets doesn't bring anything with a Cargobay from the Iceplanet

After playing around a little, I can get materials from the Carbon Asteroid just fine. However, if I bring a Cargo Bay to the Iceplanet, the ship returns with absolutely nothing.

This could be because the Ice melts? No? That shouldn't be it. Right? I just hope it gets fixed because it seems like a bug because it claims that you need a Cargo Bay for Ice. It has happend twice and its the same issue.

Steps to Reproduce
Sending a rocket to space
Go to bugs

The gas in the cargo bay escapes into the air when the rocket lands. I noticed methane outside the landed rocket after visiting the ice planet. Ideally it would stay in the cargo bay until it was emptied into a gas container.
