Rocketry is a mess

I think you should have left rocketry at least a week longer in preview. I have now seen

- Rocket returns fully fueled

- Rocket returns with fuel tanks and engine missing (save for that is attached)

- Filling in Oxylite does not work unless you want a full tank

- Still no way to automate graceful landing reliably

- While funny, the "fall out of rocket screaming" method of disembarking is clearly not finished

Steps to Reproduce
Seriously, just really play rocketry and run into a ton of problems. For the attached save, wait to see partial rocket return.

I can confirm, I had suddenly half the rocket appearing, half the rocket later landing, the Thruster missing. The steam engine appeared full.

Also, the Space Scanner doesn't stop alarm of incoming rocket when it had landed and is behind its horizon.

The "Ready To Land" notification does only disappear before the rocket is going back to space.I sometimes see it with a (2) - but I only have one rocket. The output logic port of the command capsule fires sometimes when the rocket is not landed. The whole logic of what makes the port active in the first place is not transparent. I had it firing when the rocked was equipped but no destination was selected.
