Ribbon of blueprints is offset

Known Issue

The ribbon in the corner of blueprint indicating the blueprint is from a DLC, is offset on the building's tab

while it looks fine on the building menu.

Steps to Reproduce

build something that has blueprints from a DLC. Check the blueprints tab after you build it.
