The size of my window when I deselect fullscreen changes based on what Resolution I selected last for fullscreen, even though the dropdown box is disabled.
In particular, I want to be able to select a smaller window size when not fullscreen because the maximum size creates a window slightly larger than my monitor.
Steps to Reproduce
In Graphics Options dialog, select Fullscreen and max Resolution. Hit Apply. Now go back and deselect Fullscreen and Apply. You get a large window. Now select Fullscreen and min Resolution and Apply. Now deselect Fullscreen and Apply. You get a small window.
