Research menu isn't big enough

Not sure if it's a bug or not, but you can't scroll right up to intermediate rocketry.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the research menu and scroll right
Go to bugs

Same here, the last one (or 2?) research items cannot be accessed due to scrolling limitation. 

Tried it with windowed maximized at 1920x1080, smaller windows and with full screen. You can see about 5mm of the research after "Basic Rocketry" only when you scroll maximally right.
