Replacing tiles destroys mass

Replacing a tile with an insulated tile or a tile of a different material destroys the material the original tile was made of. For instance if you build a tile out of granite then Build an insulated tile made of Abyssalite in the same place, the Granite from the original tile is destroyed. This also happens with permeable tiles, piping/insulated piping,  wires/heaviwatt wires, and gas pipe/insulated gas pipes

Steps to Reproduce
Build a tile of any material. Build an insulated tile in the same place
Go to bugs

What should happen in the game is if something is of the same type (tile, pipe, wire, etc.) is ordered to be built on top of the old one the Dupe should automatically disassemble the old one before building the new one.

wow, they know about it but basically said you have to dismantle it first is a requirement and we are not gonna make it easier for you.
