Repaired bunker doors do not block airflow/launch

if a bunker door is broken and repaired, it remains permeable to air etc until its state is changed

I also noticed its permeability while broken resets if you attempt to open them, although they react as if unpowered, they do start opening and immediately block flow

 

somewhat related, bunkers report "meteor damage" when a meteor passes through them while open, but do not take damage

Same for me:

Bunker doors got damaged by a landing rocket (forgot to open them). Doors were repaired, but behaved as if still absent, i.e. 

a) air was still leaving the hangar

b) meteors were not blocked

c) dupes rufused to walk over the bunker door and were unable to go to the other side on top of the door

Saving and reloading fixed the issue.

I just noticed another issue with this: duplicants will get stuck pathing over these doors.  They get stuck in a weird state where they will not generate alerts such as suffocating, and will die without warning
