Update: Reload fixes this.
When a painting gets repainted, the blank canvas keeps the former decor. It then gets raised by 18 on the actual repainting.

Update: It seems a reload fixes this and the painting is back to the expected value.
Steps to Reproduce
Just repaint.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
