reed fiber, can't use, the game think I don't have any

I try to gathering some reed fiber to try the Suit, I have 15kg of reed fiber (don't know how much in number) but the system don't allow me to use it. 

First the machine who create suit, tell me always 4/14, in the moment I try to realize a suit, 4/0. 

 

I have attached the save file (but the forum doesn't allow to upload a .sav file so I change the extension in .txt, just go back to .sav to try)

gather then use reed fiber.

I see you have no power going to the Fabricator. That could be the problem. Flip the Swtich to On.

One thing the game currently likes to do is make the count of things disappear when its assigned for something to be delivered. I've had Dupes pick up something or food and drop it making the count of that object be off. When they do pick it up again it'll say for example "Picked up 0 Mush Bars" before they eat it.

What most likely is happening in your case is that the Fibers are assigned to the Fabricator, but since there's no Power the Dupes won't Deliver it to be used.
