Random empty plumbing commands upon save game load

Upon game load I noticed dozens of new empty commands on gas pipes that I did not place prior to saving (or autosaving).  This has happened multiple times now.  All you need to do to reproduce it is to load a game.  Happens randomly.

Steps to Reproduce

Load a game from a session that you have previously used the plumbing/empty pipe command.

I notice you are using a version of the Pliers mod, could you try disabling all mods, cancelling the empty pipe commands, and let me know if it still happens?
