Radiation Lamp Light Missing

When new Radiation Lamp is connected to a power line, it shows "Emitting Light" status. However, no light is there, even when supplied with uranium ore later.

Also, the meter on the lamp seems not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build Radiation Lamp
2. Connect it to power source
3. Check the status
4. Check Light Overlay

Isn't that supposed to be "radiation light" and not "visible light"? :p
