Radbolt generator missing after research

I experience, after repeated playthroughs, that after completing research for the radbolt generator – it is entirely missing in the game. The radbolt station is there, and is just awaiting (as is all further research, halted now) delivery of radbolts. I can find nothing about this problem anywhere, can you help?

The seed you mention indicates that you are playing the base game without Spaced Out content. You might not have the DLC installed or need to enable it from the main menu.

Could you please attach the save file you're having trouble with?

Are you talking about the V-SNDST-C- ... seed mentioned above? That is Classic Terra cluster start of dlc. Base game Terra seed would be SNDST-A-...
