Queued jobs stop working after a while

Dupes stop doing musher jobs after a while. Not sure what triggers it, but resetting the job fixes it. I think it is related to the job losing resources, as it usually happens after a dupe takes up water (which disables the pump for purpose of other jobs).

This is per-building. With two mushers, one may be bugged, while the other could be working fine.

The UI doesn't "see" the bug - it will display next job as if the building was working.


Steps to Reproduce
Set musher to infinity and watch it for few cycles.
