If a polymer press is provided with hot petroleum it produce plastic above melting point. But don't take any damages.
And if you take a close look at the screenshot, the plastic is even hoter than the petroleum. O_o
Logically, the heat of the petroleum should be split between plastic, steam and carbon dioxide.
Here, the CO2 just overheat, and so the plastic. O_o
