Pipes blocked when not appearing to be blocked

When building pipes seemingly anywhere or connected to anything, it will say pipe blocked, even if connected properly, and in this case, the pump powered correctly.

I've attached the power and pipe overlays and the status of the pump.

Couldn't find output log

(also i could just totally be doing something wrong if so please let me know)

Steps to Reproduce
This has happened in other saves, this pretty much happens whenever I build liquid pipes anywhere

Found your problem. Switch ports at the sieve. You connected the ouput of your pump ot the ouput of the sieve, not the input. White is input, green is output. You cant pump from output to output. Take a look at the tooltip on the right of your screen. It tells you: Green output, white intake, yellow filter.
