Pills turn into task progress bars

I told my dupes to make a placebo pill and I later noticed an empty progress bar next to the apothecary. When I saved and reloaded the file it had turned into a placebo pill. I don't know if it turned into a placebo pill as soon as it was created or afterwards. It is also worth noting that there are two hatches walking around on the same floor, though I have never seen them interact with pills.

Steps to Reproduce
I don't know, it doesn't always seem to happen when making a pill, just sometimes

Don't bother making pills. They aren't functional. If you check the disease you'll see nothing was applied to it.

The medical bed does works for diseases however, provided you haven't saved and reloaded which makes
the disease an incurable phantom disease. This was suppose to be fixed this week but guess the devs took a holiday.
