Pepper bread and mush fry missing

The Electric Grill menu doesn't list Pepper Bread or Mush Fry. (This is an existing grill in an existing save, I haven't tried building new ones.) It's a long-lasting colony where I've cooked a large amount of pepper bread in the past, so I've definitely discovered the ingredients (and I have both of the ingredients of the pepper bread in stock.)

Steps to Reproduce
Look at menu for Electric Grill.
Go to bugs

Barbeque is missing also. It seems suspiciously like the game is only showing the exact number of recipes that fit in the window without scrolling.

Just to further verify and investigate, same problem, rebuilt didn't fix, re harvested fresh 'wild' ingredients didn't fix, save and reload after new buildings and even new storage didn't fix.

I have this, too. Recipes aren't showing up. Can provide more info if required.
