oxygen not included is not seeing vc++ 2015 64 bit

i have vc++ 2015 64bit install on my pc by steam but the problem is that when i start the game and click on a new game it says that i do not have it. what do i do?

Steps to Reproduce
in steam you press play to start the game. it ask you to put your password in. you put it in. in the main menu, you press new game. and the bug happen.

Having the same problem here. It opens the game with no issue, but after pressing "New Game" just shows "crash report" and "desktop", and you can see a beautiful picture of a Duplicate cleaning HIS SH... :confused:

Please ensure that your Windows OS has been updated to the latest version via Windows Update. Issues with Visual VC++ (and various software) generally are due to out-of-date patches or service packs.

Recently i had VC++ issue with other game, and reinstalling only the 2015 32bit and 64bit wasn't enough.

But when i deleted all other VC++ too and reinstalled 2015 32bit and 64bit that fixed my problem.
